“Members are the backbone of the association.”

These are challenging times for small historical associations in the age of the internet. It is imperative that CFHA serves its members and the public in a way that fits the times. Your support through membership provides the financial resources to keep CFHA an active and healthy association.

CFHA is incorporated under the auspices of the Ontario Historical Society (OHS). One of the benefits is that this allows us to provide members with a tax receipt for their membership fees.

Our membership year starts September 1 of each year.

Membership now includes an account on our website to provide comments and draft blog posts for inclusion. To have an account set up for you, register for one on this page. To log in and use your account, click here.

Non-members may request registration for the ability to post comments on existing blog posts but not to draft or suggest blog posts. To submit research questions for response from the membership, or to post information about your own work, please consider becoming a CFHA member.

To renew or become a new member, mail this membership form to us.
