CFHA Welcomes Allana Mayer and Chris Landry

    We are very pleased to announce that CFHA has taken some bold and necessary steps and secured the assistance of Allana Mayer and Chris Landry on a part-time basis.     Allana will be upgrading the CFHA website and adding new member features and capability. Allana will also be assessing and rationalizing existing CFHA digital holdings, and developing a CFHA digital archive/repository and procedure to allow CFHA members undocumented personal historical Quaker material to be digitized and preserved for the future.     Chris Landry will Read more

Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Friends Historical Association

The AGM of the Canadian Friends Historical Association (CFHA) will be held once again this year at Friends House, 60 Lowther Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5R 1C7 on Seventh Day, the 21 st of Ninth Month (Saturday, September21) 2019. What goes on at a CFHA Annual General Meeting? The morning business meeting satisfies the official requirement that CFHA provide financial and activity reports for the scrutiny, review and approval of the members. CFHA Updates and Changes

Efforts during the past year to enhance CFHA member website capability are nearing completion and activation. Once implemented, members will be able to perform many actions via the website, which up until now required printing and mailing of forms and fees.
